Mastery Bonus Weirdness

Ok, before anybody jumps on me and says there's already a thread about this, I did a search and couldn't find anything:

I suddenly don't seem to be getting my wisdom bonus for light side mastery - I got (and still have) the +3 bonus for strength as a Guardian, and when I first made the jump to Jedi Master I had the +3 wisdom bonus... now all of a sudden, it's gone and I don't know why. No changes in equipment or crystals, and when I strip every enhancing thing from my character, his wisdom stat shows as normal not the boosted one I should have.

Has this happened to anybody else?

I had the same thing happen to me. It always happend when I'am on Dxun and the character I picked the leader in the Sith Tomb steps in the dark energy and even if the character has control over his emotion and get a light side point the mastery bonus is gone for that character and then I think my main character for the rest of the game. Then my last time around Visas didn't get it when she is 100% lightsider and I skipped the dark energy.
