Can a ranger get the feat of exotc weapons?

According to the GameBanshee Walkthrough, the Exotic Weapons feat is available to anyone with a BAB of +1 or better.

It's better to be a live jackal than a dead lion, but it is better still to be a live lion (and normally easier as well).
