I'm pretty sure there are threads around like this, and you might also want to check out the GB Anatomy sticky at the top of this page.
But, in brief, a lot of people here tend to be older. Many are somewhere between 20 and 50+.

I would like to emphasize the fact that AGE is one thing, INTELLIGENCE is another, WISDOM is another, EDUCATION is another, KNOWLEDGE is another thing... (and goes on). You shouldn't confuse the meanings of these words. But maybe you already know that, since you have used a very important word: "seems".

But more often then not the listed things go hand in hand with age. (Wheee -generalizations :D ) It is difficult for an "youngster" to have the same level of wisdom, education, knowlegde et al., alone due to the lifespan as an "oldie"

And as can be calculated via my profile - 30 of age, however - feels like 50 though :D

This should be done as a poll so the results can be seen at a glance.

BTW, I'm 37.
Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocre minds. The latter cannot understand it when a person does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses their intelligence.

I know I've mentioned it before, at least once, but for the record, I'm 39 ;)

And that's just idiocy online, it doesn't even begin to touch the morons you encounter in RL  :p

I rarely venture out of the tech/programming newsgroups/forums (save GameBanshee), but there idiocy is also often rampant :D
Could it be - we as a nation are getting more stupid? Or is it just with the introduction of a masscommunication tool as the Internet that we discover how stupid "we" actually are? :D

Oh wait ... starting to hijack a thread. Perhaps a topic for a new discussion. I'm still 30 by the way.
