I was recently playing around with the console and the irolltwenties command on my character. Despite saving a duplicate save (in case i mess anything up) after a good few hours playing around i accidently overwrote my backup...
I now have the following problem....
My character is ready to level-up (from lvl12 to lvl13), but as all her skill stats are at 20 i can't complete the level-up process as i cannot raise or lower the value from 20. Is there a way to modify her skills either through the console or with an editor so i can get her through the level-up?
At work right now so I can't test this, but in NWN1 the console had a set of commands that directly changed stats.
SetINT, SetSTR, SetCON, SetWIS, SetDEX, SetCHA
Just a suggestion, try looking through the menu of commands for things like SetCraftWeapon or the like.

Many thanks guys, i'm fixed now. Unfortunately the resetlevels command also removed all my feats but i can always add them again with the givefeat command so i'm in the process of doing that now
Interestingly givefeat 1765 and 1764 have allowed me to get the Merchant's Friend and Blessed of Waukeen from the collector's editions
