finding spell scrolls

I am looking for a place to buy or find two spells that sound really good that I don't have...wizard eye and minor sequencer. Thanks

Here's a list of spell sellers in Amn (not complete necessarily):
1)guy in Waukeen's Promenade (far top of screen)
2)Ribald
3)Lady in back of Adventurer's Mart
One of them should have what you're looking for.

Depending how far in the game you are you might also want to visit the guy in the underdark (very south) and one drow merchant in the drow city. Not 100% sure if they have exactly those 2 spells available, but they sell an aweome lot of scrolle

try Bernard in the copper coronet he has upto lvel 8 spells
