Bug after leaving West Harbor(Spoiler)

Here how it went, I built a female wood elf which I want to be an Arcane Archer. So far she is 1(Sorc)/2(Ranger)/1(Fighter). I spoke with Daeghun after retrieving the shard but I said "I need to speak with a few people" before leaving for Neverwinter. Then, I left West Harbor towards the inn without saying "I'm ready" to Daeghun. When I got to the inn, Khelgar was not outside of the inn and the fight with the thugs did not happen, when I got in and spoke to Jorik, he already thanked me that me and a dwarf(Khelgar) helped the inn even without triggering the attack of the bladelings? Now, when I leave the inn, it does not trigger the Fort Locke and Highcliff locations in the map? Is there a way to fix his? I'm using 1.03.840 patch and this is my second run thru the game?

What happens if you go back and talk to Daeghun?

Same thing! I even tried reloading to the autosave before leaving West Harbor and spoke to Daeghun first then leaving for the inn. Same scenario, no Khelgar, all chests looted already and the Jorik thanking me and Gera and Zac are no longer there.

I will try to repeat everything since it is not yet far but in a new profile. Prolly got mixed up with my current file thus the bug. But if there is an easier way to fix, I'm open to that
