Dragon Armor (SPOILER)

Post by Mephisto »

I've heard that when you complete the last quest you get a whole set of imperial dragon armor, can anyone tell me about it and how good it is?

thanks :)

Heavy armor, somewhere between steel and ebony in terms of both weight and protection, each piece enchanted with a different resistance so if you wear the whole suit you basically end up with 20% resistance to everything. Bottom line, the stats are pretty good but not as mind-blowing as you might expect (you can be much tougher on paper if you take a suit or ebony or daedric armor and enchant it yourself with transcendent sigil stones).

But, it's unique and it looks good so I think the cool factor makes up for any statistical shortcomings.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

It is tied with Daedric Armor in terms of looks, in my opinion. Though a full set of Daedric blows the Imperial Dragon Armor out of the water.

The ID Armor gives resistances to every element IIRC, and also poison and Magic resistance. 11% of Frost, Fire, Shock, Poison, and Magic resistance. Though it's armor rating is somewhat similar to that of a full set of Dwarven armor. Perhaps a little better.

Well... you need to be on higher levels. Not sure exactly what level. Im guessing around level 18 is when it starts appearing on your foes.
