Viconia romance not starting

Im a Human neutral good archer trying to romance viconia but the first romance dialogue wont start. i can make it start with shadowkeeper but would not like to every time. for some reason her countdown timer doesnt go down. i checked with shadowkeeper. it sits on 24928 and never changes. ive gone afk for a bit, rested a lot and nothing. is there some quest that triggers the love talk or reputation? I heard the romance starts as soon as she joins your party. i havent really done any quests yet other than get party members and and korgans quest. I have played about 2 hrs and nothing. Only mods i got is g3 patch bioware patched banter pack and flirt pack. could one of these be causing it to glitch?

None of the above sound problematic, is it the install order maybe?

I'm no expert, but I think it should go something like:

Official Patch
G3 Patch
banter pack
flirt pack

Those are actually what I have loaded, the exception being that I use the Baldurdash patch instead of the G3, and I've had no problem at all.

it finally kicked in it just took a long time. i had bene playing about 2hrs before the super bowl and then paused my game watch the game and came back and she initiated it. i just thought they happened quicker. Thanks though.
