barred door in government district
There is a door in the government district, northwest of the Delryn Estate that is barred from the other side. It's near map coordinates x=3588,y=1615. Does anyone know what it's for and how to get it open? Is it associated with some sidequest?

I don't know what the coordinates are but there is a door you can't open in the Gov Dist. From what I read it was going to be a quest but was left out of the game.
