I don't have a complete list but here are some These characters always end up fighting)
Keldorn/Viconia- Impossilbe to keep together
Minsc/Edwin- Minsc will get pissed
Valygar/ Edwin- I've heard this happens
Anomen/Keldorn- If Anomen fails his test he'll go bezerk
Korgan/Aeerie- Never go together
Minsc or Anomen/Jan- They might get annoyed but its never happened to me.
I'm not sure about all of these though.

This is true, but if you are lucky you can get through the game with these characters without any fighting. I have been though SoA with Minsc, Edwin, Keldorn and Viconia in my party. The trick is to work out when they will fight/argue/leave (this is all timed in days or after some quests) and avoid the situation.

I believe Anomen may attack Aerie if he fails his test.
If you're romancing Aerie, Haer'Dalis need not be a real problem. It depends on what you say to him.

Haerry will challenge you to a duel over Aerie. You have a number of options:
Give up Aerie to him: They'll be happy together - for a time. Things will break up when Aerie can no longer swallow Haerry's outlook on life (just waiting to happen, actually).
Accept: Aerie breaks up with everyone.
Reject: Aerie likes you, Haerry sees he's on the wrong track and forgets about it (all in keeping with his entropy philosophy).

Hey, first time I played through, I had minsc and Jan. They got along fine. This time thru, Jan was starting to steal Boo within a week. BAH. GameBanshee has a really good summary, just go to the character profile thingies and they'll show various character interactions, good ones and bad
Look at me, I can't fly!
VIconia and Valygar has problems also. Basically just keep people on the far left/right side of the moral spectrum away from their opposites.
Edwin is probably the most tolerant of the 'evil's, probably because half the time he's too self involved to care, the other half he's too much of a sissy to do anything.
And Imoen is probably the most tolerant amoungst the 'good's. In ffact I don't think Imoen gets in a fight with anyone at all.

I think Nalia is pretty tolerant, too--not that it matters much, since she's a lousy mage. Mazzy, on the other hand, really loathes evil characters in your party. She's worse than Keldorn in that respect. The one time I had her in my party I kept expecting her to cut Edwin's kneecaps off.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
No way! He picks the most fights of them all, actually. He fights Keldorn, Valygar and Minsc.Originally posted by Yuusuke:

The fights between NPCs are triggered by their party interaction dialogues, which are set on random - this could mean that it will happen as quickly as 1 minute after you have them in the party or never at all. Nothing else will effect this; rep, charisma, position, etc. have nothing to do with it. It's random party interactions.
