Multiplayer summary

I started a multiplayer game and while playing a fighter as my main character I accepted Nalia's offer to run her keep. However, once I did that and I tried to leave I could not get the drawbridge to lower using the switch at the top of the tower. I left by going through the secret entrance that you use to get inside originally. Now I cannot get back inside the keep either through the main gate or through the secret entrance. I have the keep key and it makes no difference. Any suggestions?

btw: I finished the single player game so fast and left so many sub-quests unfinished that I have been going back and completing all the sub-quests I can in multi-player. It has been a real blast. I have since changed my main character to a Cavalier since finding Carsomyr. That sword kicks serious butt.
