Occasionally you can find the code in the CD itself. This is a rare chance that it happens but some game companies do this.
Place the CD in your drive, then go to My Computer. Right click on where it says Freedom Force or whatever for your drive, and click Open (yes, you have to do this, double clicking starts the autoplay, it doesn't open the CD directory up).
Check around for INI files, PDF Files, and TXT files, every one of them that you can find, it might be in there. Though, don't get your hopes up.
