Problem with de Arnise Keep

How much had I to be paid for completing de Arnise Keep quest? I got only 650, instead of 10 000.

You only get 650 gp if you didn't have her in your party or that you just said good bye after clearing the keep. To get 10650 gp, you must have her in your party and ask her to say what she have in mind.

I think you get 10000 for completing whichever stronghold you take.
