Anyone who knows where I can find these?
like the robe of reflection turned into deflection etc.
changes after installing tob
Wizard Eye becomes very killable.
Greater Restoration becomes an area spell.
Shapechange's Mind Flayer loses Int drain (or so I hear).
Creatures run their scripts less often while out of sight (according to Bioware, not sure what effects this has).

IMO, developers have got irksome habit to change rules on the ferry. It's understandable if it's new game as BG II after BG I. ToB altogether is supposed to be expansion and extension, so i cannot take their point. I grow doubting if i wish to get ToB now.

2) It raises the exp cap a lot.
3) Plenty of new spells, and a new category of useful abilities for non-spellcasters.
4) Adds a new class, the Wild Mage, which is great to play.
5) Provides a new character for your party who has an intriguing personality, and lots of good dialog.
6) It brings to a logical end the storyline.
7) It lets you upgrade some weapons still further, for those who are into power-gaming.
8) It offers some interesting quest challenges, and some fascinating boss monsters.
9) It's fun.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Fable, all you're saying is right and wonderful.
But now suppose one in PnP. Dungeon master *may* offer new areas, new NPC etc., nobody cares, rather greets. And now just in some moment in a very middle of game the dungeon master decides to change rules, replace items on one's PC and PC's backpack, change PC an NPC stats and way they are treated, even PC classes and so on. Won't players become tigerish then?
I do not complain if spells of one name in BG I and BG II are not the exactly same, if proficiency systems are quite different, well, it is just the way the things are. I do not care also if something would change in NWN (and it definitely *will* change). I accepted, say, the changes in hiding in shadows in BG I extension, it was well-grounded and logical. I just do not see the reason to cut off some class combinations or harden restrictions, change the items in my backpack (the brightest example, the Cloak of Reflection and the Cloak of Deflection may have one code, but they are *quite different* things) in a word, putting some things just upside down. I don't even think it's civil never supposing it being polite.
Just MHO,
L.

Yeah the tab function is really great. Helps me alot. I feel that some quests are a little different aswell. Different in the way enemies behave. I am having trouble in ust natha for instance. I cannot replace the dragon eggs without the whole town going hostile. This happens even if nobody sees me. This never happened before I installed ToB.
You can't handle the truth!

just delete teh clck26.itm file from the override directory, and the wa2robe.itm file, to get cloak of mirrors back, and the origianl robe of vecna. One of my biggest gripes was the god aweful puke green of the new robe of vecna, which clashed hideously with my fav blood red color party...
They call me Darth...
Darth Gizka!
Muwahahahahhahahha!!!
