Sorceror thac0 error

I don't know what mod has caused this, but for some reason, every time I create a sorceror, their base thac0 is set to zero!!!

Would somebody kindly tell me what the appropriate base thac0 for a level 9 sorceror with 9 str should be so that I can make the necessary changes?
