Cast Improved Alacrity while wearing the amulet of power and the robe of vecna and... you know the rest...
Being an Evil Overlord seems to be a good career choice. It pays well, there are all sorts of perks and you can set your own hours. However every Evil Overlord I've read about in books or seen in movies invariably gets overthrown and destroyed in the end. I've noticed that no matter whether they are barbarian lords, deranged wizards, mad scientists or alien invaders, they always seem to make the same basic mistakes every single time. Therefore, if I ever happen to become an Evil Overlord, ...

My favorite way, which I learned on this board long time back from someone else...
Cast Domination on him and then move him over to stand near some guards.
When the spell wears off in a minute or two, and he goes red the guards will kill him for you. No need to get those hands dirty. =)
Works great for ridding the city of all the baggage called 'innocents' too. With no rep loss =). And a great way to start a nice guard fight in the barracks.

Good trick, but fav is gate and pit fiend. another trick, you know the really weenie guy near the prominade nw exit? the one who hates elves, well you can use him to lower rep by insulting him, but cast prot from evil 10ft radius near him and you can summon a pit fiend to take care of him. in fact, once I was doing underdark quest and I cast improv inv near souflin, and the bugger went invisible! had to wait a while. yes, you can cast beneficial spells at non party members and give them a bit of protection if you are about to encounter a nasty guy and you have to keep him/her alive.
so, fianlly a use for domination spell!!!
Thanks kensai, might pick up the scroll!!! i dropped smoinate from my sorc spell book since charm immunity, pretty common, will protect you 100% from this spell. this is why helm of charm protect is so good an item. if you play the quests thru you can get around 6 of them from all the optional quests.
