I've heard that it won't be but I would reccomend the PC version anyway. If you get Oblivion I would reccomend the PC as well.

I thought Macs were very powerful gaming computers. If you can find a mac version I would go with that.

its not the power that worries me its finding a compatable version most games aren't made for macs

@azn hobo
The people at xbox are making the games compatable not all of them are done yet and i've heard some rumors that they might not convert all of the games, you can only download it off xbox live after they finish the download

I think you have to buy the hard drive to be able to play XBox games on the 360.

Morrowind is not on the list of games that will play on the 360. You can find the list here. Xbox.com | Xbox 360 - Original Xbox Games on Xbox 360

I have no idea whether or not they will add MW to the list though.

"The folks at Xbox® are working hard to add more of your favorite games to this list, so check back often for the latest updates.1

Note: A software emulator is required for each original Xbox game you play on your Xbox 360™ console."

That list is just lists the games currently backward compatable (that quote is from that link)

thanks 4 every1s help and if any one has hears any news on this could these please telle me thanks in advance

Now I am not the most educated computer expert, but I can tell you that Macs SUCK at gaming. They're graphics processors and video cards are made more for artsy stuff like photoshop. They aren't so good at rapid frame-by-frame sequences. For gaming, I recommend a decent Compaq.

Focus, guys. ;) This was the question for the thread:

"Wasn't sure if this was the right place to post but i was wandering if anyone knows any news about xbox making morrowind backward compatiable for the xbox 360."

If nobody knows anything, I'll close and remove it in 48 hours.
