Have I read this correctly?

A suit designed for a spellcaster that *still* causes arcane spell failure? Is it asking the universe for "-10% Arcane Spell Failure Penalty" to have been added to the item attributes? Would it offend the gods of balance that much? I, mean Eldritch Knight CHain has no spell failure chance, is it unreasonable that this should too?

Am I being unreasonable?

Heh, I agree. When I saw this I did a drawn out WTF?!?!?

This item should have the spell casting failure reduction. It is a useless item otherwise, and very disappointing.
