I beat everyone else accept Illium. He escaped before I can killed him. Do I fight him again later or never see him again? Or, I have do reload the game again and this time kill him before he escapes.

He isn't critical to the game. You never see him again and you don't have to kill him.
When your back is against the wall... the other guy is in a whole lotta trouble.
