I wanted to post this as a thanks to the people who replied to my posts. I just feel like it's fair enough to give something in return.

1) Durga, the orc merchant in the City Core of Neverwinter has the lowest appraise skill. I say so so because he pays the highest amount of gold for items you sell and offers items at a lower cost compared to all other merchants in Chapter1. (Aribeth's a good businesswoman I think.) In Chapter 2, Neurik the Tyran priest in Tyr's temple also gives the highest pay for items sold.

1) In Zurvak'mur, where the player can place bets on thralls fighting in the pits to the pit lord: The amount of gold you can loot from the Mind Flayer Pit Lord increases as you place more bets. I think it increases by 250 gold every bet you make. =)
2) The Merchant in Drearing's Deep pays the highest amount {especially for magic items like rings and amulets} in Chapter2
3) Be careful in using the djinn bottle. Volkarion's [the djinn] Appraise skills increases everytime you summon him. For proof, check the prices of the items he sells everytime you use the djinn bottle.
