Where can i download it from, i had a look on the GameBanshee downloads section but could not see it? and what exactly does it do, will it allow the Viconia romance if my main character is an Elf?

Concurrent Romance Patch
You can find Sir Kalthorine Ut Wistan's Concurrent Romances Scripts on the [url="http://members.home.net/mrkevvy/tweaksandcheats.html"]Shadows Of Amn Tweaks & Cheats[/url] page at Baldurdash. 
Here's the description from that page:
Sir Kalthorine Ut Wistan's Concurrent Romances Scripts (probably the most widely mirrored and distributed alternate BG2 scripts in existence) allow male protagonists to have all three of the available romances with female NPC's simultaneously. (From my inspection of them: so much for paladins being prudes...this scriptset also allows any race and gender to have all three of the female romances at once, though some of the dialog may be a little surprising for a female protagonist!)
