Sand People Turret Error

I am fairly new to Game Banshee forums, but I have a pretty major problem.

I wanted to slaughter the Sand People, so I didn't put on their clothes. I helped the miners, I intentionally triggered the Sand People to ambush, I took their EXP and lives, and other goodies on their bodies. But when I come in sight of their turrets, without firing a single shot, my whole party dies!

I tried to disable turrets using force powers, grenades, but they couldn't be budged, can't even be damaged, all that happens within 2 seconds is that it comes showing my whole party has died, returning to main menu, even if my guys are alive and kicking.

Don't understand. Please help. Thanks.

Are you wearing sand people clothes? You need to be wearing their robes as a disguise to get past the turrets.

Okay, thank you very much. I just thought that one should be able to knock off the turrets, rather than have to sneak past them.
