Bug? Can't get Jolee to join party - HELP!

Anyone else seen this bug on the XBox version of KotoR (running on 360)?

I'm wandering around the forest of Kyshyyk and found Jolee fighting four katarns - but the battle never seems to end. He never kills any of them, they never do him any damage, I can't get involved or even talk to him! (He's been battling continuously for about an hour so far and nothing has happened)

I've even completed the rest of the level and come up against the forcefield - but I can't get through until Jolee joins the party (okay I admit it, I looked at the walkthrough).

I seem to be stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's some crazy bug, I've only seen this type of bug on K2. You can't even get Jolee to join your party. Other than reloading to an earlier save, I don't know
what you should do.

Problem resolves itself

Crazy guy, crazy bug!

Eventually it sort of resolved itself. After I had cleared the level I went back to Jolee fighting the beasts and wandered around a bit. As I was leaving his area of the map, the game cut to the cut scene where he slays the creatures and I could proceed.

Which I have - I've just finished the Leviathan - WHOA! didn't see that coming!!!

PS. My mom told me never to trust the Sith
