Green Or Brown
When I was fighting draco is he a green or a brown dragon. My game keeped on saying brown dragon breath. Packed a bunch as well. I counted his HP looked to be close to 275.
Any one else notice this. The TOB walk through says he is green???

I remember reading something from the past of an interview of one of the game developers. He basicly said he had the most fun developing the script for the brown dragon. Basicly the dragon if injured will cast invisibility and moved away to another part of the screen to heal himself. Based on this I believe draco may have been the brown dragon.
Yin and Yang balance. There is one within the other. No Difference in Reality. What do you experience?
Well, lessee, Abazigal was only half dragon to start with, so his genetics are already screwed up. Now, if he mates with another non-blue dragon, the results will be anything but normal.
Of course, the whole problem with Draco being Abazigal's son is that dragons take an incredibly long time to mature to the point that Draco was at. I can buy Abazigal's maturity since he was only half dragon. But if draco's mother was also a dragon, he should be three quarters dragon. And he couldn't be more than a few years old, could he?
For that reason, I like to think that Draco is not Abazigal's son in the literal, genetic sense. Perhaps he was 'adopted', or perhaps even created magically.

This is out of control, we are talking about the mating habits of a non-existent creature. Personally i wanna know what kinda self respecting dragon would screw a half breed? Also does anybody know how long ago the time of troubles was suposed to be? Or how old the PC is?
When logic and proportion,

A horny one perhaps
As to your other questions, I thought that it said somewhere in the Baldurs Gate movie that the pc spent his first 20 yrs in Candle Keep. However I'm not sure how long ago the Time of Troubles was supposed to be.

I will crucify him...real bad

The designers have said that Bhaal foresaw his death long before the Time of Troubles. Keeping this mind, Abazigal could very well be several centuries old. So Draconis could have matured at the normal draconic rate and still be an adult if his father had been around for hundreds of years. And remember that while ordinary human/dragon half-breeds are scorned, a dragon/god mix is not exactly a weakling. Many evil dragons might view the blood of a god as desirable for their offspring.
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

From my playing experiences....
Draconis is a brown dragon alright....and his breath does acid damage. If everyone has protection from acid, then you can ignore his breath weapon.
I had a horrible time when I first encountered Draconis, but now I find he is relatively easy to defeat.
1. *ALWAYS* have someone with True-Sight up....and preferably more than one.
2. You simply can NOT have too many death spells for your mages. If you can kill off his inv stalkers and keep them killed, you take a LOT of the starch out of draconis.
3. I find that the 'ring around the rosie' approach works well vs Draconis...or any Dragon really. You simply have the party scattered all over the map (with your spell casters invisible/sanc and a good distance away) and you have your tanks and summons quite literally dance circles around him..making sure that no matter how much he wing buffets *SOMEONE* is always in a position to put the hurt on him.
As for his lineage...I think while Kayless is reaching a bit, his explaination makes the most sense. Bhaal after all didn't have to go on a mating spree all at once.

The ToB novel will likely elucidate the Draconis issue as it is being written by one of the designers (replacing the much maligned Philip Athans). The buzz from the officials who post on the Black Isle board has been quite positive, as the book addresses certain matters that they had to cut short or leave out of the game (like Abazigal’s ‘dragon army’ and the relationship between The Five). I’m not sure when it’s slated for release though, if it hasn’t been already.

orange dragon ?
personally, i think a turnip dragon is much more sensible.
Anyways, why are the denizens of Faerun so f'in stupid ? I mean, these people must have balls the size of grapefruit trees to talk to a level 40 half-god like me the way they do ! And holeee crap, how is his boy elroy, Draconis, so much tougher than pops in the back, and like 80 times tougher than that idiot smart-mouthed green in front ? And wouldn't it make sense, for all 3 to come at you at once ? With like an army of invisible stalkers and frost salamanders ?
