Cannot pass item to henchmen

hi all,

i managed to find the item for my henchmen under the quest for the henchmen.

1. how come my henchmen did not give me the reward? cos the item is in my inventory, how can i pass to my henchmen in order to get my reward?

You´ll need to talk to your henchmen and ask to tell you about their story, if you have the item in you inventory you should get a dialogue about it

thanks for the reply.....1 more question.....is there any difference if i were to find the item 1st before engaging the henchmen? if i found the item 1st, i will just have to talk to them so that they can tell me their story........

You can find the items even if you do not know the henchmen are looking for them. You also do not need to have them along when you find it, you can just drop your current henchmen, hire another one and get them to tell you their story, give the item, and drop him again for the "old" henchmen.

...... however, and it is a big one:
You need to complete the chapter 1 questions in chapter 1, and you can't do the follow-up quests if you have not done the previous quest in the line.

This means, before ending chapter ½, complete all chapter 1 henchmen quests, otherwise you can't do them in chapter 2. And you can't do chapter 1 quests in chapter 2. (and onwards)
