OK, I'm exploring the shivering Isles and I've come to the ghost city of Vitharn and I have to help the defenders save their city to break the curse that holds their ghosts there.
I've gotten the one archer her arrows, and the guy who is in love with the doll I tricked into standing his post by placing the doll on one of the attackers.
I can't find anything to help the Mage who is short of Magicka, and I don't know who the 4th ghost is that can help me slay the last Fanatic that opened the gate. No quest markers, arrows, or prompts are coming up.
Anyone else done this quest?
