Cheat Codes not Working

I know it sux... but to keep up with the theme I wanted to Baldur's Gate ToB to carry forward with IWD II, I wanted to at least level my party up to a 7 like the beginning of SoA. However, after looking into my IWDII folders, I don't see a icewind.ini file, only an icewind2.ini file. So I went into the icewind2.ini file and entered the Cheats=1 under the [GAME OPTIONS] section, and saved the file. After opening the cheat console by pressing CTRL+TAB, I entered this code to enable cheats CheatersDoProsper:EnableCheatKeys(); however, when I hit enter, it says "NICE TRY CHEATER!" and nothing works. Is there some reason why this isn't working, cause I remember a long while back when I first got IWD II, I definately did uses some cheat codes.

IIRC you need to run the IWD2 configuration and check the box that says enable cheats.

I also think the code is ctrlaltdelete:enablecheatkeys()
