99 action points,and 10 to all stats,Free exp.bug)

Hi good ppl of Fallout.I just find a way how to get 99 action points and all stats to 10.....!!!!Its not cheating and its not bug....well since i'we been playing this game for very long,i'we compleated it more that 50 times and i can say i discovered almost everything,so i will share this with you.....And BTW u can get all that B4 finishing the game!!!
So lets start:to get 99 ap u will need a hell of alot jet and a jet antidote(1 antidote will do).Ok so procedure is like this: Use 2 jets and IF u get addicted u take jet antidote,if NOT addicted just rest 2 days.so take 2 jets and rest 2 days.The jet sideeffect will leave you with 1 or 2 AP, depends,and voila,u got or free action points.Keep doing this process all over again till u get more AP's....ofcourse u will need many jets.In adition,u wont always gain AP after 2 days resting so keep trying...thats why u need lots of jets!!!!Let me go over it 1 more time:use 2 jets and rest 2 days(2 full days)..if u get addicted just use jet antidote(use antidote b4 resting)!!!if u dont know how to get antidote,it can be obtained in san fran from merchant in chinatown,or tanker.....or u can give a sample to dr.troy inside vault in vault city,he will make antidote in a a week or so ,dunno exactly!!!! so thats it about AP's.
Now all stats to 10:This also envolves using jet in the way i wrote above...so not only will u get AP from jet sideeffect u will also get perception and strenght!!!!so at the begining ur stats shuld be like this
Strenght 2
Perception 2
Endurance 9
Charisma 8
Intelligence 8
Agility 9
Luck 9

Traits :Gifted ...other is your choice,what u like the best(dont go for chem resistant or reliant)

Tag skill:i recomend unarmed and small guns because it will be very hard at begining with low Strenght and preception....Yes the begining will be hard as hell but its totaly gonna worth it....
Ok let me explain a a lil bit
Strenght 2 - u will get strenght to 10 after using the jet tactic i explained above
Perception 2- u will get preception to 10 after using the jet tactic i explained above
Endurance 9- with gain endurance perk u will get it to 10
Charisma 8- with gain charisma and the charisma chip u will get it to 10(charisma chip is obtained in navarro base,near the locker where adv.power armor is)i hope u know where u use the chip.....
Intelligence 8-with gain intelligence and intelligence chip u will get it to 10(intelligence chip is obtained in Sierra army depot,at first lvl in the locker(medical room)
Agility 9- with gain agility u will get it to 10
Luck 9- with gain luck u will get it to 10

And that is how u do it,pretty simple!!!!About free exp u go to NCR,and do that quest with robot and the woman where that cop Jack wanna blow himself up.either u kill him or if u have high speech convince him to stop
Ok after u done that use repair or science skill on the display unit that he tryed to demolish,it will say ''didnt't work'' or ''On-line,running self test'',if said the''On-line,running self test'' talk to the woman again and she will give ya 3000exp and science and F/A book....repeat the process many times and there is your free exp. (this is also available B4 ending the game.so u can show up yourself infront the Frank Horrigan with 99 ap and 999hp,pretty powerfull!!!!!)

I guess you could save time and use the character editor to give yourself a billion ranks of every perk too! whee

oh and use the item editor to turn your spear into a solar scorcher and with the 5 ranks of Night Vision perk you can always reload it!!!11one

oh and liek totally set yer resistances at 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% so you can wear a leather jacket thru teh whole game!! O_o

First, just a friendly hint. Please use "normal" wording, no leet language or such. There is a lot of members who has english only second, third or even fourth language, and leet language makes it only harder to read. Oh, and please use spaces between different characters like point and shouting mark and letters, to make it easier to read your posts.

And then about your hint.
Well, most of it is not bug, as you mentioned already, but I would categorize it to cheese. Though, there is one bug.

This definately is a bug, as you shouldn't be able to repeat that process.

But the tip is rather good if you want just make immortal character, as at least I have noticed that character editors may not work properly under Windows...

I assure you, this place is friendly, though minor exeptions occur rarely...

So, I hope you don't get the wrong image of this place, and decide to stay and post here.

Well, as you can probably figure out, the game still has huge active community. I, for example, play it at least monthly, if I just have time to do that. So, definately not late.

Mikirie: Spell check is your friend; Use complete sentences and proper grammar. Also for the action point bug, you don't need to rest at all. Apparently when you use the jet antidote it awards you free stat and action points. Normally, this is to replace the stats you would have lost from the jet addiction. So for free stats and action points do the following:

1.Use jet till addicted.
2. DON'T sleep or advance time in any way, such as by traveling or reading.
3. Use Jet antidote to cure addiction while still under the effects of a "jet high."
4. If you do this correctly you should notice your maximum action points raise by one.

Hmmmm I just don't understand why you reposted the EXACT same thing as roughly a month ago - But thanks for the tips.... Personally I prefer making a more realistic character which is always different (lol how realistic can fallout get???)

yes,im sorry for my word spelling,u see i play World of Warcraft and u just have to cut every single word to write faster,because every second counts in that game.i Apologize if my topic was a repost,but i accidently found this website,and saw Fallout topic(No.1 game ever) and had to make an appearance!!!
