Greater Powers

Hey I'm really doing this for my friend but he does not play on the PC and has no mods. THe main thing is, is it possible to have more than 2 Greater Powers? He went to 2 Birthstones and the next birthstone he went to deleted one of his other greater powers. Is it supposed to do this or is it some sort of glitch?

There are 2 kinds of doomstones, birthstones and heavenly. You can only have one effect at a time from the birthstones (like you said, whenever you get a new one it cancels the old one). However, you can accumulate all of the powers from the heavenly doomstones.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

You can also get greater powers from quests and orrary
