Injuries

If u get injured and it affects your stats, can you heal them so that they no longer affect ur skills?

I think getting healed by a healer would help you get rid of it. Most definitly, being a Master Healer yourself would cure the injuries.
This helps only with *your* injuries, probably not with *urs*. :)

Unfortunately points into the heal skill and the first aid kits is pretty necessary as far as I know. I've heard that certain npcs can heal one's player character for money and that some of them can heal status drops.

Never tried it myself... cause I'm a cheapskate.

Every herbalist can heal you. For a price, of course. Depending on the character, you will pay anything from 40 to 100 coin.

Another question if its not to noobish... Does the healing skill only affect how good u r with bandages?

Yes

PS As far as I'm aware the only attribute affected by wounds is beauty.

Actually it can also affect ur perception.
