Champions Return to Arms Glitch

I was wondering if any one else had a problem in the Field of Strife at the last bridge where the elf is supposed to drop the last bridge down, the elf does not appear at the bridge for me and I cant fix it. Any help?

No I've never had that problem however I have had problems with the game loading the "soul break" medal round.
