my m8 told me that i can get skull crusher in oblivion but is it only in morrowind or can i find it in this one as well

A quick Google seach learns that there is indeed an item called Skullcrusher in the game, i even found a mod called "Skullcrusher Replacer". I haven't looked any further than that, so it's location is unknown to me.
