Mages Guild Quest--Vahtacen's Secret

Okay, I have all of the Spells for the Pillar except for the Damage Magicka--I have the scroll, but I can't seem to make a spell for it. And I have searched for the spell on the site, but I can't find it here. If anyone could point me in the direction of a vendor I could buy it from, I'd appreciate it.

You don't need the spells. The scrolls work just fine. Save right before and get right up on the pilar. Cast the spell with your nose touching the pilar, wait for the pilar to stop, repeat til all four are done. Doesn't matter what order I think. Unless you really want the spells, gamebanshee is the best for info on spells,where to find and how much, which is the whole reason I joined this forum fo the database alone

Vigilante's right, scrolls work just as well as spells so unless you really want to keep the scroll for later you can use it. However, you do have to cast them in the correct order important or it won't work.

Okay, well I tried with the scroll, but I can't seem to get it to cast the spell...could any of u guys help me with that?

Does it work on touch? If so, use it like any other spell on touch, get really close and use it. If it's on touch or not, you have to hot key.

Oddly, I recall the scroll not working for me either.....I did have the spell that worked: 'Sever magicka' that I got from Sulinus Vassinus in the Skingrad Mages Guild, in case you are wondering where to get it

FIRE, FROST, DAMAGE, FORTIFY.....
when i did it i was allways going fortify then damage thats wrong tho

You can ALWAYS duplicate items. Even after a patch, 360 or PC, you can get mods and other things to help you with that. If all else fails, Load from a while ago and start over.
(if only i were a mod, i could close this thread.)
