Exp. for the monsters

Post by Mo »

Hail, it just crossed my mind and i came to the conclusion that the number of exp u get for killing some monsters is not very properly balanced, for example u get around 10.000 xp for a Remorhaz, and 4000 for a Drowned Dead, now, i dont know if this is just me, but i have had serious problems with taking out Drowned Dead without having a guy of mine die (!), or having 2 of my ppl near death, whereas a Remorhaz usually dealt out damage once, and ok, they deal quite big amount of damage, but still i dont think this is very balanced.

Any comments?

Good points N't'M. I guess the balance is that Drowned dead come at you in groups. 2-5 at a time (thats up to 20K xp) or with barrow wights and wailing virgins in support too.

Whilst there are a few cases where the Rhemoraz attack in 3's, their main sticking point is that *huge* fire damage (one of my guy's took 98 damage once and lived) which can be a nasty surprise!

But you're right - it doesn't seem balanced and I think its just to pull up the party XP to get you levelling up at high levels.
