Well Elannee is loosing her spell slots and I don't understand why?! She doesn't have any second level spells, and i'm using the divine power ring! Is some kind of bug or is part of the game she loosing her spells as time passes by!? thz

There are some bugs with equipment giving the player extra spell slots. The extra slots would dissappear after you reload the game. Try removing and equipping the ring again.

The other possibility is a level drain effect. That would cause her to lose spell slots, but i don't recall this effect occurring til late in the game.

Yeah, it is fairly well known that when you reload and load games spells in your quickbar dissappear, but I never experienced a time where an item increased my stat so that I had more slots and lost them after a load.
