Ring of the Warrior Thief (+1 Attack/Round, +1 Strength)
Ring of Reckless Action (+1 Attack/Round)

where do u get these stuffs?

IIRC those 2 items are random items you could get from Malavon's area (one or the other). In HoW, they removed the ring of the warrior thief.

The ring of reckless action penalizes you by the way (I think it was a penalty of 2 to AC).

Certain weapons give an extra attack a round. These include Valiant scimitar +2, Long sword of action +4 and Morningstar of action +4 (removed in HoW) among others.
