I keep having slaver guards spawn and fight NPCs and end up killing them and then other NPCs agro to me... I dont know what component I have installed does this, but this is my log. Also I am a client in a multiplayer game, Ill also post the servers log below

The prime suspect IMO is Restored Encounters. Are the encounters you refer to initiated after getting a pop up message saying something like 'Your high reputation has attracted the attention of a powerful force' or something along those lines?
I once installed a mod, and I think it was Restored Encounters, that was absolutely insane, can't think what the modder was thinking, unless they assumed that because they were super cheesers everyone else was. The encounters were relentless, and way over powered and irrational. Sure you end up with lots of booty after the encounters, and of course lots of XP, which unbalances the rest of the game. Needless to say it got un-installed very quickly.
