The Imperial Palace Guard Key-where is it?

Would Any one happen to know where I might find the key to get into the Palace guard barracks in the imperial city after the theives guild quests are finished

You can't get to the top of the tower, but if y ou use paintbrushes from the outside, it is possible. There has to be a mod out there that lets you go up. If i knew, I would tell because I enjoy helping new people. Too bad you can't get through to the barracks after that quest, right?

after the quest were you have the door open after you shot the arow in thing after that it wont let me back in

pickpocketing a Palace Guard will get you a key to the Imperial Palace

Once you get in through those doors in the Greatest Heist theives guild quest, it is impossible to get back up into the upper part of the palace.

I would say start with trying keys but if there is an invisible wall then you can't get back in.
