when an evil person is 100% evil he gets horns, red eyes, flies around him, and red smoke.... i am 100% good and all i got is a halo and butterflies... is there more i can get for being good? if so what do i have to get or do to recieve it?

I don't think so. There is one more difference. If you are playing as a mage type who used will alot, then you will get glowing blue tattoos all over your body and your eyes will glow with an eerie bluish hue. Kinda like Maze, only not so pronounced.
