vault city
Most of the npcs in vault city have vanished. The place is a ghost town. The bar's empty, the merchants are gone, the first citizen is gone, the guy who gives the day pass is gone, Vic's daughter is gone... Anyone else experience this?
Have you beaten the game, or is the main quest still going on?
If you haven't beaten the game, then I would say it's a bug, as I can't remember any situation where such thing would have happened to me, excluding several killing sprees I've had in VC, and as far as I know there shouldn't be such situations in game plot.

Then it's definately a bug, unless you have gone to killing spree...
And it doesn't matter if it's day or night, as the key NPCs should still stay at their locations dependless of the time of the day...

its a bug.. i hate vault city.. there's also a bug where you talk to the guards etc, they open the gate, but you cannot walk past the gat opening.. reloading or resting or leaving the city and coming back doesnt help for that one, but i suggest trying all those anyway
