Ok. The dragon staff and shadow scepter (thing that launched nether volly in case I have the name wrong) both have decent spell recharges. The dragon staff in particular. Given the recent light shed on warlocks and version 1.5, I would like to know if there is a way to maximize the functionality of my magic weapons. Apart from their casted spell damage, what about their casted recharge rates? Does anyone know if there is a weapon other than the dragon staff that recharges it's magical attack super fast? If not, what can i do to make my spell casting weapons recharge more swiftly? My magic weapons is currently 19, and my dragon staff's damage still only hits 1-3, depending on the creatures immunity to fire. So is there at least a way to increase damage done by that weapon?

Scribe is the skill that recharges Arcane faster (..don't know if it does that for nether volley as well). Channel is for Divine and Rune.

I've never tested it to see if either skill applied to recharges on a *casted* weapon or not. Try it yourself and tell us!
