Hi, people, i got a problem here and i would like ome help... I´ve gotten the sarcophagus, it has shown me carrying it in a truck and so on... Killed those guys and everything, but then the game comes back, but back as in the time when that LCroixke(or something) asks you to get the sarcophagus.... Is that normal?
No. Did you by chance install the "basic" unofficial patch without installing the full unofficial patch before? Or continue from an unpatched game? Please check out the console and post the value of "G.Story_State" (case sensitive) here.skyduck wrote:Hi, people, i got a problem here and i would like ome help... cool, it worked, but now it says that I have been captured by the Sabbath and have to escape, when in fact I have not.Wesp5 wrote:That's wrong, it should be 60 or 65 depending on whether you used the unofficial patch or not. Try opening the console during the cutscene and enter "G.Story_State = 60" or 65 if that didn't work.
The quest log has been updated, but Im not caught.
Nope, that's a glitch.skyduck wrote:Hi, people, i got a problem here and i would like ome help... I´ve gotten the sarcophagus, it has shown me carrying it in a truck and so on... If you are not currently using any third-party mods or patches, then try the following:
(1) Make sure the official version 1.2 patch from ActiVision is installed.
(2) Download and install the True VTMB Patch, version 4.04AT. Be sure to read and then follow all of the included instructions, before installing it.
(3) Create a new character and start the game over again -- just in case your current gamesaves are screwed up (which happens often).
You should be able to enjoy a bug-free gaming experience after doing all of the above.
NOTE: if you are currently using some other gameplay mod with VTMB (such as those produced by Wesp5), then you will need to completely un-install and then erase the game's folders, followed by a complete re-installation, before you can install patch 4.04AT. Due to it's "purist" nature, the True VTMB Patch is not compatible with any other gameplay mods, so it must be applied to a clean install of the game (plus the official 1.2 patch) in order to function properly.
