Just at the end after you have entered the Chrysal tirith and defeated the shopkeeper (can´t remeber his name) your suposed to climb the ladder to level four to get to the final battle. But here´s the problem: Ican,t climb the ladder, the cursor doesn´t change so I can´t use the ladder! Please do someone know what´s happening?

Never heard of this before. Sure you're clicking in the right place? Its a long ladder.

If you're talking about some tower, move your cursor somewhere near the wall, off the stairs, cos sometimes there's a door there that you use instead of the stairs you see.
If you're talking about the final stage before you get done with Dorn's Deep, then it's got something to do with you not acquiring all the badges yet. You have to put the badges on the foot of the stairs before you can climb up.
Other than that, i couldn't remember having other problems with going up stairs ...
