Help! Severed Hand

Did I miss something? Supposed to begin Severed Hand Quest, but doesn't show up on my map. Is there something I have to do first?

I freaked out about the same thing about a week ago. You have to scroll the map to the bottom. There's an arrow or somthing where you can go to the bottom unseen portion of the map. The Severed Hand is there.

IIRC, you can also grab(left click and hold) the map and move it up and down.

and if worse comes to worse, you could probably find some sort of CLUA type thing that would bring you there.
