I've been thinking of giving the ign - Neverwinter Vault scripting tutorial a go, but their first lesson begins with the downloading of lcc-win32 and this appears to be impossible.

is the official site, but for some reason it can't be downloaded from here, while its "mirror,"

does not appear to be a mirror at all.

Does anybody know of anywhere else from where it may be downloaded?

:( :(

I don't seem to have any problems downloading it - but you can always try a finding it through a search-engine.
