How can you tell how much influence you have with each character??
You can't, not without using an editor and cracking open a savegame. However, as of Mask of the Betrayer this has been fixed. Installing this expansion will also fix this for the original NWN2 campaign, so it is quite useful.
Edit: Scratch that, it doesn't seem to work like that in the main campaign. I don't know why I thought it did.
