Experiencing Technical Difficulties (Xbox 360)

Well, I bought the game used about 3 months ago w/ my system, so the disk isn't in the greatest condition. It has worked fine up until a couple days ago, when it started freezing when I entered and used the menu, and has escalated to whenever I loot a body, change weapons through the hotkey, and use any magic. It has even extended to the menu freezing up. Is there something that I can do (like buy a scratch fixer) that can help this? If so, do any of you have a preference to any that are out there?

Hey mate i use an xbox aswell. A couple of things u can do 1) Buy a scratch fixer 2) Change the options and turn autosave off

Also make sure you keep your disc's in good condition buy a cd case if you dont already have 1
