I'm on the quest Terjon Wants More Followers, i have taken the scrool in the bookshelf, but even if i dont have take them with Furnock they have go directly in her inventory. But i need this scrool and i cant menage to give them to any of my character who could use them. Please someone know how to menage to get thouse scrool back?
The patch wont install for loot/encumbring who was in stick trheads wont install

NPCs are a bad idea without that patch. They get first pick of the loot and there's nothing you can do about it. Lame.
Anyway, there's a couple of things you should know:
1. If you got the potion of heal from that same location, you don't need the scroll to complete the quest
2. You can give yourself a scroll of heal with the console:
type this:
give 9548
