Oblivion

Hi!
Just to let you all know that I have finished Oblivion and both Expansion Packs. What a great game!!!
Does anyone know if or when there will be another Elder Scrolls game? Can't wait for another one.

It hasn't been announced yet, but I have no doubt in my mind that Bethesda will create another ES game.

Just to let you all know that I have finished Oblivion and both Expansion Packs.

There's only one expansion pack. How did you finish another that isn't there?

I think he means knights of nine and shivering isles.

A friend of mine actually told me just a few days ago there will be no more expansion packs, that they've cut support for the game. I was rather annoyed, but I haven't bothered to check if it's true to be honest.

While you are waiting, I would suggest installing OOO and play again. It really makes OB a different game.

This really su@#@! It's the best game I ever played. since 8 months ago when i got it i barely touched anything else. and i'm still playing it.

Then I'm surprised you don't know about Morrowind Summit, where there are over 1000 Oblivion mods, including several that add significant quest systems to the game. Check it out.

Yes now with the release of Fighter's Stronghold there will be no more expansions to come out. However Bethesda is working on Fallout 3 at the time and adding children into the game. The reason I bring this up is that they said they would put children into Fallout 3 to see if it could possibly work in another Elder Scrolls game. This of course means that there will be another ES game but not for some time.

Already were children in Morrowind, courtesy of a mod called (surprise) Children of Morrowind. Worked very well, too, so I think Bethsoft is being just a trifle disingenuous, here. They kept tabs very well on Morrowind mods--hell, many of the favorite mods people used in Morrowind showed up (with different coding, but identical purpose) in Oblivion. I'm sure they're just stalling about "seeing if it could work," since it already has. They haven't decided yet, or they've decided and don't want to say.
