anyway to remove the animationeffects from cloak of reflection?
it would be nice if i could edit it out in shadowkeeper somehow...but i cant find anything....really anoying having a big white lightningball to walk around with

Failing that, use the search engine. With such a specific quest, you're bound to find direct hits if it's been asked, before...and it has.
That said, what you probably want is this. It's the Gibberling Three's BG2 Tweak Pack. Check it out. Note that when you install it, you can accept/reject any of dozens of tweaks to the game. Very good product.
